| Home > Court Info > Valencia County Hours, Holidays, Closures, Rules The Clerks' Office is open from 9:00 a.m. to noon, and from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Thursday. On Friday, the Clerks' Office is open from 9:00 a.m. to noon, and is closed in the afternoon. Offices are closed during the lunch hour (noon to 1:00 p.m.).
All courthouses in the 13th Judicial District close on the following holidays: New Year’s Day, Dr. Martin Luther King’s Birthday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Columbus Day, Veteran’s Day, Thanksgiving Day, day after Thanksgiving and Christmas Day.
Court closures or delays due to inclement weather conditions shall be broadcasted on local radio and television stations. You can also contact the clerk’s office in each county to determine if the court hours have changed due to weather conditions.

All deadly weapons are prohibited in the courthouse (this includes pocket knives, leathermans, etc.). All people entering the courthouse are subject to a search of their person and a search of any items brought into the courthouse. CELL PHONES ARE NOT ALLOWED. Attire or dress cannot be flamboyant, disheveled or revealing as to create a distraction to the orderly conduct of the court. |
